Sound familiar?
 

Are you one of those people who can't get started, even if they go to a dietitian and start the diet, they soon give up again and the situation becomes even more deplorable, and they don't have very good memories of dieting? I was a bit like that. Okay, I'm fixing it. I was exactly one of them.
 

He/she sees breakfast as a waste of time and mostly spends it with milk, cereal, bagels, toast etc. The one who makes lunch difficult. The one who spent almost the entire afternoon feeling uneasy due to the weight of what he ate for lunch. The one who made the evening difficult. This time he couldn't sleep in time because of what he ate in the evening. Can't get comfortable even when I can sleep. The one who makes the morning difficult. The one who can't rest and get up. I was one of those who struggled in a troubled dead-end cycle...
 

Before we start meeting with Aslı Hn. about her balanced lifestyle and getting support from her; As I said, my life was exactly like this before I lost 22 kilos in 6 months in a sustainably healthy, balanced and sporty lifestyle.
 

In the first meeting, Ms. Aslı not only talked about my eating habits, but also received information about my story, lifestyle, sleep and health status, and talked about the problems I had about what I had difficulty in and what I could not do, which created a lot of confidence in me from the very beginning.
 

He received information about my expectations and goals in the short, medium and long term and recorded them so that he could later look back and compare what had happened and what had not happened.
 

For example, he asked me to take a blood test before we started. He said we would have it repeated after 3 months, compare it and observe the progress. This was also very important for me, because I think it is not just about losing weight. You can also lose weight by starving. Or, as far as I have observed, most people try to lose weight by starving themselves, but the important thing is to establish a lifestyle that includes a healthy and balanced diet and sports, and to make it an indispensable part of life. In other words, it was this perspective that motivated me the most in Aslı's approach to the subject.
 

My analysis results exactly confirmed my complaints about being overweight, fatty liver that I had been experiencing for a while, and health problems caused by my non-exercise lifestyle. There were too many important values out of bounds...
 

Ms. Aslı did not write me a prescription or give me formulas given by dieticians saying "so many spoons of this, so many grams of that in this meal", which were difficult to apply and were completely abandoned after a while. Instead, after initially sharing some basic information, they made some requests and provided guidance. We always went over the notes I took in a diary, which he wanted me to keep at least in the beginning period, in the next session, and talked about where I could have made different choices and how I could have chosen healthier options. Walking came into my life. Here are the exercises I do at home that help me feel better as I lose weight. For example, thanks to Ms. Aslı's correct guidance and guidance, all the do's and don'ts that I left behind have completely disappeared from my life. The right things to do and the right and healthy choices at each meal and on the eve of each decision were included.
 

With his guidance, we saw together that I felt good and that as I began to apply my own truths, which worked for me, in a disciplined manner that came from within, I got very serious results. As I saw that I started to get serious results, I became more motivated and my daily lifestyle became regular, sustainable and healthy, so that I do not need to make any extra effort.
 

In short, the effective order I reached and established in such a process, which I envisaged before working with Aslı Hn., enabled me to reach and even exceed the goals I set for myself and promised to my daughter, to lose 15 kilos in 3 months and 20 kilos in 6 months. Moreover, not only did I lose weight, the results of my renewed tests also improved incredibly. In fact, it seems incredible even now that I am experiencing such a healing transformation that I could not even imagine would happen when I started.
 

Now everyone says, "the main thing is not to gain back the weight you lost when you quit the diet." However I am not on a diet. While living a sustainable lifestyle that includes a healthy and balanced diet and sports, losing excess weight, if any, is a natural consequence of this. Therefore, there is no diet that I will give up, and I have no problems or hesitations about maintaining this healthy and balanced lifestyle. I continue with great energy and motivation.

Don't overestimate it either. You don't need to choose or wait for a specific date to get started. I have seen through experience that such a lifestyle is achievable and realizable with the right guidance and conscious support, and I want everyone to know that it is doable.

I would like to thank Aslı once again for her incredible contributions and guidance in this process. I think everyone who has similar lifestyle problems and complains about being overweight owes themselves such a favor as the change and recovery period I went through. And in this process, the favor of working with Ms. Aslı... :-)
